Brent Council are looking to work with the local community through developing and launching a Participatory Budgeting Event. The pot of money available for this event comes to a total of £500,000.

WE NEED YOU…

We need to establish a community planning group to help plan and shape the criteria for the participatory budgeting programme. As part of this planning group you will participate in PB training and then seven supported delivery sessions where we will; shape the programme, invite bidders to apply for funding, see the applications fit the criteria set, and plan the decision day where the wider community will be invited to vote.

We need YOU, the community to be part of the process and enable the community to decide on where our public budgets will be awarded!

There is an information session being held on Wednesday 3rd march 2021 at 18:30. 

The deadline for sign up for the planning group is the 8th March 2021, and the training will commence in the week commencing the 15th March 2021.
