MutualGain has taken me on a journey of self-discovery and development that has led to opportunities and learning at both a national and international level.

Michael was great and adapted really well to our disparate cross-UK group. In my view, he got the balance right between training and facilitating. Helpful focus on us questioning our assumptions and using a real practical case study of our work to think through the issues. We would be keen to engage MutualGain again.

I just wanted to take a moment and contact you all, to say a huge thank you for your commitment and hard work with regards to the MutualGain programme and organising the recent event at Lancashire Police Headquarters. When I attended the ‘download’ presentations, I was extremely impressed with each of the world café events. This programme is a shining example of how partnership working can really bring great success. It is clear that this work has enabled us to gain a better connection and understanding of the concerns and views of the people in our local communities and it will also ensure that we can start to identify the hidden vulnerability which will inevitably be in existence in each area, which is such important work and cannot be underestimated.
