Action Learning

Picture
Where does real learning take place - on a training course or in the workplace?  The right answer to that is a bit of both, but we don’t always have the right mechanisms in place to ensure the former.  How many times have you heard a colleague say ‘I can’t do that because…’ or ‘love to help you but I am bound by ….’ or ‘if we had more staff we could…’.  Action Learning is a highly developed questioning technique that can provide you with a really effective way of developing peer support and realising tangible benefits.

Here at MutualGain, we have a great deal of experience in setting up and delivering Action Learning with small localised groups, regional peers, and
national networks of professionals.

Create a new corporate memory and develop a new organisational/place based practice by giving key people the space and time to be the leaders they want to be.
